    Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Since our study guides are delivered via instant digital download immediately upon purchase, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once the transaction is completed and the download link has been generated.
  2. Exceptions
    We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Refunds will only be considered under the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical Issues: If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing or downloading the file, and our support team is unable to resolve it within 3 business days.

• Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same digital product twice within a 24-hour period, we will refund the second transaction.
